By using futurereadyagent.com, running a Future Ready Scan, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

FRA is a business-operations tool for real estate agents: a "Future Ready Scan" that scores your CRM, marketing, and technology setup, paired with recommendations and automation to act on them. FRA is under active development. Where a feature — most notably the live scan engine — has not shipped yet, any score, opportunity, or result shown to you is clearly labeled as sample data and is illustrative only, not a real assessment of your business.

FRA does not provide legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing on the site should be treated as a guarantee of any specific business outcome (leads generated, deals closed, revenue, or otherwise).

You can sign in with Google or with an emailed magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address or Google account you sign in with secure — anyone with access to that inbox or account can access your FRA account. Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.

• Don't use the product to submit false identity information, impersonate someone else, or defraud anyone.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its data, or its underlying systems.
• Don't scrape or bulk-extract data from the site outside of your own account.
• Don't use the referral or sharing features to spam people who haven't opted in to hear from you.

FRA relies on third-party services to operate, including Google (for sign-in) and GoHighLevel (as our CRM/marketing-automation provider, receiving lead and lifecycle data as described in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms.

The FRA name, branding, site design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the product as intended. Your own account data (your identity, your scan results, content you submit) remains yours; using FRA gives us only the rights described in the Privacy Policy to operate the product for you.

The product, including any sample scan data, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the product.

You can stop using FRA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates section 4 (Acceptable use) or otherwise poses a risk to the product, its users, or third parties.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date above.
