Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This policy covers the Future Ready Agent (FRA) product at futurereadyagent.com — the Future Ready Scan, account sign-in, and related marketing pages. It is separate from Kindred Mortgage Group's mortgage-funnel sites and their own privacy policy, which is not affected by anything on this page.
1. Who this covers
"We," "us," and "FRA" mean the Future Ready Agent product. This policy does not apply to any other product built on this codebase — in particular, it does not apply to the mortgage funnel sites, which have their own, separate privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
Attribution and browsing data. When you land on an FRA page, we read any UTM, campaign, creative, referral, or landing-variant parameters present in the URL, along with the page you landed on and the referring page. This is stored in two cookies on your device: a first-touch cookie (fra_ft, kept roughly 180 days, never overwritten after your first visit) and a last-touch cookie (fra_lt, kept roughly 30 days, updated whenever a new set of campaign parameters arrives). We use this to understand which marketing channel or campaign brought you here — it does not identify you until you also give us your email through a form or sign-in.
Account and sign-in data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google as part of the standard OAuth sign-in exchange — we do not request, and do not receive, read access to your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or any other Google account data through this sign-in. If you sign in with an emailed link instead, we only have the email address you provide and a signed, single-use verification token; there is no password, so none is ever stored.
Scan and lead data. When you request a Future Ready Scan or otherwise submit your details, we collect your name, email, and (if provided) phone number, along with your current scan status. As of this writing, the live scan engine has not shipped — scan results shown before you have a real one are explicitly labeled sample data, and we do not attach a fabricated score or opportunity list to your record if your scan has not actually completed.
Lifecycle and activity events. We record certain milestones tied to your email address — for example that a scan was started, abandoned, or completed, that results were delivered, that an activation reminder is due, or that a referral converted — timestamped, so we can trigger the relevant follow-up (like a reminder email) and know which of our messages you have already acted on.
Analytics events. Certain interactions (like clicking a "Run My Free Scan" button) are sent to Google Analytics via gtag/dataLayer when analytics is configured for the site you are on. These events carry the same campaign/creative identifiers described above, not free-text content you typed.
3. How we use this information
- To measure which marketing channels and campaigns actually bring in agents, so spend can go where it works.
- To deliver your Future Ready Scan results and the follow-up communications around them.
- To trigger lifecycle communications tied to where you are in the product (reminders, activation nudges, referral confirmations).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and the scan itself.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share data with a short, specific list of parties — never a broad "partners" category:
- Our CRM / marketing automation provider (GoHighLevel, "GHL"). Lead submissions and lifecycle events are forwarded server-side to a configured GHL webhook, so the webhook URL and any credentials never reach your browser. If delivery to GHL fails, the same information is written to a durable local file instead of being dropped, and retried/redelivered manually — it is never silently lost.
- Google. Only as part of the OAuth sign-in exchange itself, for authentication — not for any other purpose.
- Analytics tooling (Google Analytics-style
gtag/dataLayer), when configured, for the events described above. - Infrastructure and hosting providers who run the site itself, to the extent necessary to operate it.
5. How long we keep it
- First-touch attribution cookie: roughly 180 days.
- Last-touch attribution cookie: roughly 30 days, refreshed on a new campaign visit.
- Lead and lifecycle records: retained in GHL under GHL's own retention settings once delivered there; if a data-rights request under section 6 asks us to delete a record, we act on that in both our local fallback files and, where technically possible, in GHL.
- Data-rights requests submitted through this page: kept as our own audit record that a request was made and how it was resolved.
6. Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask to see what we have on you, correct it, export it, delete it, or opt out of marketing communications. Use the form below, or reach us through the Contact page. We do not yet have an automated self-service deletion pipeline — every request that comes in through this form is recorded and handled by a person, and we aim to respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
8. Children's privacy
FRA is a business tool built for real estate agents and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If how we collect, use, or share data changes meaningfully, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date above.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy, or anything not covered by the form above, can go to us through the Contact page.
